A bag with grand, futuristic plans. On one side leaps Choti Dishoom, the hero of Dishoom Battersea’s founding story – a retro-futurist comic we created with artist Shazleen Khan. On the other, a gleaming metropolis dreamt up by Shazleen, drawing inspiration from the Bombay futurists of the 1950s, and the designs of one in particular – architect Pheroze Kudianavala who proposed an ambitious 102-story tower at Cuffee Parade, in South Bombay.
