Collection includes our Garam Masala and Kabab Masala, the crowning touch to many of our finest dishes, as well as best quality deggi mirch (a warming, joyfully red chilli powder), amchur (temptingly sour dried mango), ground coriander, green cardamom pods, smoky black cardamom pods and whole black peppercorns. A spice dabba is the work horse of every Indian kitchen. Every family has one. It’s much loved, much used and constantly refilled.
