Shipping policy

Do you ship to me?
Our Cookery Book, Coins, Vinyl LP and CD can be shipped globally, the shipping prices will be displayed at the basket stage. Our fresh products, products containing alcohol and food products are currently only available within the UK mainland (excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands and some northern areas of Scotland). If you have any questions about deliveries, then don’t hesitate to drop us an email at store@dishoom.com

When will my order be sent out?
Our Meal Kits will be sent on your nominated delivery date, by 10pm in the evening. All other items will be delivered within 3-5 business days. If you order Meal Kits and other items they will all come together on the nominated date of your Meal Kit. We are not able to provide a more specific time window but you will receive a notification from our delivery partners with more specific tracking information prior to your delivery date.

Is the shipping tracked?
All shipping in is tracked and you will receive an email from the courier service confirming dispatch which will provide you with a unique tracking number.

What if I don’t receive a confirmation email?
Please contact us on: store@dishoom.com please be sure to check your junk folder and also add store@dishoom.com to your safe senders list

What if my order doesn’t arrive?
Please contact us on: store@dishoom.com and quote your order number. We’ll look into it straight away.

My order was damaged, what should I do?
Please take pictures of the order as it arrived, including any packaging and close ups of the damage. Please do then send these to us on store@dishoom.com and let us know the date the order arrived.

Can I change my delivery address?
We will endeavour to change this for you, please contact store@dishoom.com – but once the item has been shipped, we aren’t able to change a delivery address. For fresh kits we require a minimum of 3 business days warning to change your delivery date.
