Refund Policy

This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights. This policy does not apply to perishable items (food and drink). If any perishable items are received not as described, please contact us on store@dishoom.com
Returns
Unfortunately, we can’t offer exchanges, but you have the option of returning your order by contacting us within fourteen days of receiving it for a refund as per the Refunds section below. If you do not contact us within 14 days of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund and likewise if the products purchased have obvious signs of use. We’ll also ask to see a receipt or proof of purchase. To return your product, please mail it to: Haul + Store, Unit 17 Admiralty Way, Camberley, GU15 3DT. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to pay for the return shipping costs.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we’ve received your return (and are happy that it’s not been used much!) your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note, it might take some time before your refund lands in your account. If it’s been a few days, then we’d recommend contacting your bank. If you still don’t have any luck, then do contact us at store@dishoom.com
