A feast of Dishoom classics.
This meal kit contains everything required to enjoy generous servings of most-loved Dishoom dishes at home. With easy-to-follow instructions, and only a little preparation, you’ll be tucking into House Black Daal, Mattar Paneer, Lamb Sheekh Kababs, Murgh Malai, Bhel, Kachumber, and Tawa Rotis. Sip on creamy and refreshing Mango Lassi, and finish your feast with a sweet, creamy Gulkand Mess.
You’ll also receive a fetching Dishoom tea towel (which we hope you’ll enjoy for years to come!) and a packet of our signature Kabab Masala.
You may also upgrade your kit to include a bottle of Int3gral3 Italian natural sparkling wine.
For every kit you enjoy, we donate a meal to Akshaya Patra.

Prepared with love by Dishoom chefs and delivered nationwide before 10pm on your chosen date. Delivery area covers the UK mainland (except Northern Ireland), with some exclusions in Scotland and the Channel Islands due to transit time.

Cooking time: 45 mins

House Black Daal – the Dishoom signature dish, dark, rich, deeply flavoured. It is cooked over 24 hours for extra harmony (though it will take mere minutes in your own kitchen!)
Mattar Paneer – a steadfast and humble and delicious vegetarian curry with mild Indian cheese
Lamb Sheekh Kababs – tender lamb marinated with green chilli, coriander and cumin (with skewers)
Murgh Malai – richly marinaded, mildly spiced chicken thigh meat which has been steeped overnight in garlic, ginger, coriander stems and a little cream (with skewers)
Tawa Rotis (3) – our dough is made by hand with wholemeal atta flour
Kachumber – a messy to-do of cucumber, onion and tomato
Bhel – Puffed rice, peanuts, Bombay Mix and nylon sev tossed with fresh pomegranate, tomato, onion, lime, tamarind, mint.
Mango Lassi – first-class yoghurt-drink blended with fresh mango pulp.
Kabab Masala – the house spice mix that finishes many Dishoom dishes: kababs, vegetables, meat and more.
Salted Butter – milk of renowned quality, churned in the traditional way in Somerset
Gulkand Mess – Our version of the Eton Mess. Strawberries in rose syrup, muddled with fresh cream and meringue
